‘I didn't know it but I'd been searching for 'On Broadway' for a long time! Exercise that just does not feel like a chore-who new it actually existed?! Something I not only enjoy doing but actually 'look forward' to doing. I was introduced to the classes by a friend. Sure, I was nervous to begin with but the concept sounded exactly the sort of thing I'd love and as I came to find....this is absolutely a place without judgement.  You don't need special technical skills or knowledge....if you can move, love show tunes and if you're game for fun and laughter...you can do this! I still can't quite believe some of the routines I've managed to complete! I went in thinking I'd gain some health benefits...and discovered more than I bargained for in so many positive ways. Not only is Rosie so so good at ensuring learning a routine is not difficult, this is also perfect 'me time' which really is good for mind, body and soul. Leave everything at the door... and just dance.  I've never walked from a gym buzzing the way I do after a dance class.’
